As a senior at Concordia International School, 180 youth leader, Aaron Brantingham has stepped up to be one of our 180 coordinators for our youth worship team. God has used his bold steps of faith to give the 180 Youth Ministry’s new youth service a great launch where we were able to see 53 high school and middle schoolers gather for the first youth run/led worship last Saturday! He has shared his heart to be a legacy leader, who leaves something substantial behind before he heads off to college. Leaders like Aaron are helping us see the vision of 180 fulfilled as it is to build youth leaders who will reach and impact their generation for Christ!
“I have always loved music, but until I became involved with the 180 band I had never really tried to develop my gifts. It has been such a blessing to be able to lead and coordinate worship for 180 though, because I never would have been able to grow in my faith as much as I have when I see people worshiping while on stage. To see people worship with all their hearts is what keeps me going, and what keeps me coming back for more every week. I find great worship satisfies me like nothing else can. I have loved my time leading music in 180, and know that I will try and find places that I could continue this gifting that God has given me throughout the rest of my life, wherever my life takes me.” —Aaron
